This service provides you with a Microsoft Certified Engineer on an hourly, half daily and full day basis and is commonly used for a repairs or installation service.

This service offers customers the opportunity to protect their Server or Desktop Hardware on a break fix basis. In the event that a hardware failure occurs, the failed part will be identified, replaced and fitted by a Certified Engineer. Quotations available on request.
*Please note that consumerbles & batteries are not covered under this agreement
This service is designed for the customer who requires a tailor made support package and can include Server Support (O/S, Email, Backup & AV), Workstation Support (O/S & MS Office), Vendor Management, Hardware Maintenance, Router & Firewall Support, Proactive Server Monitoring and Upgradeable Response Times.
